I regret to inform you tonight was a quiet night. He did not make a 4th appearance. Sorry to disappoint, if you were hoping for another night of yelling at my expense, don't worry I would've wanted the same thing if I were you too

I know some of you will be happy, but looks like when one door closes, another opens. A new neighbor saga is born. Ever since my other neighbor left, this guy started back up. For the last month every night at 2 am he's out there standing in the street yelling at nobody. I thought he was on a phone before because it was dark and I couldn't see, but he started doing this in the recent days during day time as well, and it's obvious he's yelling at nobody and has some type of a psychological issue. Anyway, I'm lucky it's summer and my AC drowns out his ranting when I'm sleeping. Finally was able to record video of it.
He literally will stand out there for hours doing this. Every night at 2 am. And recently he'll do it during some afternoons.

Sad but true story- had great neighbors next to the house we built 11 years ago. Start of 2021 my neighbors decided to leave our shit area and in their place came a couple of fucking nightmares...
Now, in saying that, when I watch footy (AFL) I tend to get upset and raise my voice (and blood pressure!!!) so I can be easily heard outside! AFL is a winter sport so our doors are closed so it's muffled but still, I can be heard.
Anyway, our new neighbors decided that, for some reason, they would contact the DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services) here in Victoria abd make some unsavory claims about me and my wife.
Firstly my wife got a call checking on her wellbeing as it was claimed I abused my wife out the front of our house and then, after yelling abuse at her I supposedly dragged her in the house by her hair! Needless to say my wife thought it was a joke and started to laugh thinking she was being pranked! The lady speaking to my wife was deadly serious and said that, in the almost 20 years we have known each other that I have not even as much as lifted a finger at my wife, let alone pull her hair!
The lady from DHHS then said our kids were under investigation due to parental abuse! My wife was crying over the phone telling them it was utter crap and our kids are treated perfectly fine!
This all happened around March-April of this year, and we started the process of selling our house. Glad to say we sold within 2 weeks of advertising our property and are 2 weeks away from moving into a far superior area with really nice neighbors. Nightmare wouldn't do our old neighbors justice. Sad thing is, my kids still attend the school in the old suburb and the wife neighbor is there to pick up her kids as well. She doesn't know that we know she made these false claims, and I'm quite content her never knowing that we know. Fortunately for us neighbors tend to talk to other neighbors, especially when they know you've done nothing wrong...
In short, you have bad neighbors and you have the opportunity, get the fuck outta there and save yourself the hassle! Life is too short to live next door to complete cunts!

This guy is definitely a character. The other night, I decided to go outside and move closer to him so I could hear what he was saying. It was basically
"Fuck ya'll. Pop pop pop, ya'll dead."
"Racist pieces of shit, I'll fuck ya'll mother and ya'll sister."
"Mother fuckers, ya'll be dead"
For the whole time I was out there. Peppered in a few "wooooo!.... haha!" too.
Today he was wandering around aimlessly. Climbed into the back contractor's truck and sat in it for 5 minutes. Then wandered up onto the apartment porch they're renovating and held his finger out like E.T. Then someone came out and was like wtf are you doing here and escorted him off the porch. Then he kinda wandered around talking to no one and then left.
Still wearing that same backpack. He never takes it off.
This is him after he climbed into the back of the black truck and then was told to get off the porch.

No idea. A couple times when I was outside I saw someone in an SUV pick him up and drive off and then drop him off a few hours later. Not sure if he lives alone though, I can’t imagine he has a job.

The person who was stabbed didn't die. The neighbor who was arrested is believed to have been having a mental health episode. Considering this person wanders the area screaming and talking to himself, I believe it. He's a schizophrenic most assuredly.
