Yup. However, one thing I forgot to mention was that there has been at least one time where a PBF was put up, then it disappeared a few minutes later.

Luckily, it was still in my cache...

It still isn't listed on the official site, but it was there for a very short amount of time. I'm still not quite sure that the original comic posted is an actual PBF, though.
