I only accept Trans protagonists. There must be curves for me to fap to but also a heroic masculine voice that I can relate to. All business up above the neck but party time everywhere else. This protagonist should endeavor not to speak and jiggle at the same time, for this will confuse me and ruin my immersion.

Well, I find women usually more attractive, so that's a big plus. Can't say I don't like male characters, though. It's just that I like female characters more. Generally. There are exceptions.
