I feel inspired and motivated, NeoGAF!

I tried Mountain Dew Zero Sugar before and liked it so I will switch to that and continue drinking water. I also haven't been snacking on junk food (cookies, chips etc) at all this past month. I definitely feel like I can lose 20 pounds by the end of the month.

edit/add: one last advice from me: steady really beats fast when it comes to losing weight and getting in shape, mate. Don't push for too much. Make this a long journey where you steadily lose some pounds every month instead of a huge amount in the first and then losing interest.
You will feel so good in a few months you won't believe it...

Yeah, losing a little weight is still progress. Next week I will be returning to work so I'm already in a better mood and since I don't work weekends I will use that time to go out for a run.
