I hate allergies

As result of allergies making it nearly impossible to breathe as a kid, I had a 5 year long immunotherapy treatment to make my allergies tolerable. I still need the occasional medication, but it's nice to breathe normally again!

I am lucky to have zero allergies, to my knowledge that is. Haven't tested me so, then i can't be 100% sure. But of all the things i have encountered in my daily life in 31 years i havent had any reactions to.

I can't smell or taste anything during the day. At home or in my car, I have the AC on full blast, that helps as well as lotradine the knockoff kaiser allergy pills.

Non stop stuffy nose, runny nose sneezing like a madman, it's no fun. I also live in an area that was the worst city for allergies, not sure if it is anymore but fuck consider yourself lucky if your allergy free.

I've undergone an allergen immunotherapy a few years ago and my symptoms are nearly gone. I can only recommend to try it out! The fresh air and smell of flowers is worth it ;)

I've been doing shots for over 2 years and I'm not sure they are helping at all. Certainly not with the pollen allergies.

I swear I'm allergic to life itself. I have horrible indoor and outdoor allergies (and I will break out in hives just from simply touching a cat), but this time of the year is torture. I can't even enjoy being outside, because within twelve seconds I'm sneezing, blowing my nose, eyes swelling for hours straight. It's absolutely miserable.

I take Claritin D every morning, but it seems like it isn't working anymore. Anyone have luck with Zyrtec?

I was fine for over a month but allergies just hit me like a truck starting Sunday. Still feel like crap.

Zyrtec works well for me, it can make you a bit drowsy though. Claritin never did anything for me.
