I can understand not wanting to get into a big argument about it, and the your word against his thing but if the other girls he's 'stalking' (guess its more harrassment than stalking, sounds creepy anyway) are willing to speak up you should at least be able to get the school to act.

That's a dog that was born with no front legs - actually one is deformed, and stuck into the chest.

He would wiggle around with his head/chest on the floor till one day a neighborhood dog came up and was bothering him, and he just up and ran.

There's this boy who rides my bus who is very, very disturbing. He dresses sort of gothy (black/pentagrams/zippers that don't do anything). He's thin, ugly. my age, extremely creepy, and from what I've witnessed he's an asshole to everyone except myself and other girls. He started riding my bus at around the end of last year. At the time I had no idea he was such a fucking weirdo, he asked for my AIM name and my phone number. I gave him my AIM name but not my phone number.

After that, nearly every day he would try to give my things like a bag of candy, a mirror, cheap dollar store jewelry. I would usually decline but often I was left speechless by how strange he acted. Sometimes he would put things into my backpack without my knowledge so I couldn't turn them down. He did this kind of thing with 3 of my friends as well. Eventually I got online using the AIM name I gave him and immediatly he IMed me telling me how much he loves me and he can't live without me, I wasn't sure what to say or if I should soften the blow of what I wanted to express to him. I just told him he was creepy, that I don't live him, and that he should never talk to me again then I blocked him.

He kept making new screen names spewing angsty bullshit like "I guess I was meant to be alone, I guess I'll just kill myself." After those conversations I avoided him like the plague whenever I went to school. Chills went down my spine whenever I saw him. After a while of not having any contact with him he called me at home, he asked one of my "friends" for my phone number and she gave it to him. He told me on the phone that he was going to bring a gun to school and shoot my boyfriend because by then I had gotten together with my first real boyfriend. Nothing ever really came of that and he doesn't bother me much anymore since my boyfriend sits next to me on the bus ride home and he could stomp the shit out of him. I probably should have told my school counselor but I didn't want to start any big trouble. He isn't really my "current" stalker, but the issues between him and I haven't been resolved and I think the situation might eventually elevate until I tell my parents or counselor, which might be when police get might get involved. For now, he's staying out of my way, but repeating what he did with me to some other people I know.

EDIT: What the hell are you doing here anyway? Are you loving all the real special attention you can get her? Enjoy it while you can still say you're a 13 year old girl to forums filled with old nerds.

I haven't read the rest of this thread, but I suppose I'll approach this seriously. Camille, you seem pretty mature for a 13 year-old (you post competently on a message board full of much older guys, for one thing). I probably wouldn't want to get into a fight about this either, but it's obvious this guy needs some counseling. Get the other girls who were involved to support you, and tell someone at school. Easy. :)

It's the right thing to do but if it turned into a majorly big deal with police getting involved, I wouldn't want to bring the other girls into the equation. Unless it was something really horrible, I'd rather come forward about something myself rather than have someone do it for me.
