Amen to that. It gave me goosebumps.

The credits ending song, Starsailor's Way to Fall, is also quite emotional. The way I interpret it, it is The Boss' silent message to Snake. Every single lyric seems to mimic everything Snake has gone through.

Heck.. the entire ending sequence from

Volgin's fist-fight to him jumping in the Shagohod then through to being chased on the bike, then going through the forest again with EVA whilst being hunted then eventually meeting up with The Boss for the best final showdown setting ever, finally topping it off with the fiasco between Ocelot (you sneaky dog ADAM) and then the proper ending & credits

is simply one of the greatest hour or more of entertainment that anyone could possibly pull off.
