Is it true that there was increased airline related stock trading activity days prior to 9/11? Not that I believe that, but still

I heard that also in the days immediately following 9/11, but iirc, they were referring to some people with suspected ties to bin Laden/al Qaeda unloading their airline stocks, seeing as how they were supposedly "in the know".
