Buying a new system from ebuyer.com and this is what I've come up with. I'm looking for a serious gaming machine with emphasis on emulation (Dolphin & PCSX2) and from what I've read they rely mostly on CPU, and i don't mind trying my hand at overclocking.
So from my chosen parts and bearing in mind what i am using this system for, could anyone please suggest how i could get around the same performance whilst cutting the costs a little? Or tell me if i've gone completely off the deep end and everything I've picked is garbage.

Holy shit I was just looking through my order lists and looking at the prices I got them a few weeks ago compared to now is FOOKING shocking.
The GPU is now £319.99
Mouse is £28
Ram is £110
PSU is £83
HDD £71
etc... etc...
I thought that bastard George Osbourne was raising VAT to 20% at the end of June, not now. I wonder why the prices have gone up so much since when I placed my order???
But yeah, if you shop around a bit and use google checkout to compare im sure you can save a bit of dosh. Also Amazon and Ebuyer have free shipping if you spend over a certain amount on Ebuyer.
Stay away from Tekheads.co.uk what ever you do they are fucking shit...
Rocky Out!
Edit: VAT is included in all prices listed...
