Okay guys, another question for me. Because I'm stupid.
So the motherboard on my desktop died on me about 2 weeks ago. Computer was running fine, but now it doesn't post or do anything else. It turns on. Power supply seems fine, but nothing gets started. I've taken it all apart put components back in one by one, and nothing.
So, I'm considering either just buying a new computer, as this one was a few years old anyway, OR then waivering between just getting a replacement motherboard.
Problem is, this motherboard is pretty old now a days and obviously isn't sold anymore other than for like $200 or from weird vendors that I don't trust.
HEre it is:

Does anybody know of a modern mobo that might be compatible with everything from there? I really should list out my parts, right? I have an Intel Core 2 Duo, but I really don't know much more about it... I'd have to pull out the stuff I bought when I put the computer together to see.
Shot in the dark. I've got a laptop that works fine and my work computer which is pretty good, so it's not a necessity that I get a new PC now. I'm leaning towards waiting till just after Christmas and buying a new PC. I really don't play any PC games these days, but If I could I'd love to play Skyrim, Fallout 3, and NV on a new computer just to experience it.
