Any thoughts on this build? Is everything compatible? Is the PSU sufficient enough for upgrades of other components in the future? Any CPU cooler alternatives? Also what do people use to drive 250 Ohm headphones these days? I still use an audio card but do people do this via external methods now? Is it something a motherboard can handle? And speaking of which is the motherboard I've chosen any decent or should I go for something else as far as DDR5 support and Intel CPU upgrades go? Thanks.
Intel Core i5-12600K Boxed €305,90
ASUS PRIME Z690-P €214,90
NZXT H510 Zwart/Wit €74,90 or Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact White TG Clear Tint €126,89
be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 €78,50
Kingston Fury Beast KF552C40BBK2-16 €108,04
Corsair RM750 (2019) €99,90
Samsung 980 1TB €91,61

Total: € 973,75 (or with the Fractal case: €1026,9)
I mainly want to play multiplayer games at 1440p running at 120-144fps at medium to high graphics in the future (which is something I do already on the build spoilered below but with more and more compromises obviously). I don't mind playing singleplayer titles, with all the bells and whistled turned to max, at 90fps or there about. Right now I'll be transferring a 1080ti from my old PC to the new one to hopefully upgrade to a 3000-series card in the future.
EDIT: I got this build recommended by someone else instead, due to more CPU cores and the fact that DDR5 isn't worth it at the moment:
So better performance for now at slightly more cost but worse down the line for not being able to utilize DDR5 or other features?
