You could always Rent a Girlfriend like in that anime/manga, it’s like test driving a vehicle if you want one or not. Remember though it’s always better to adopt, more friendly for the environment. And always wear a mask. Make sure she’s vaccinated too!

This is terrible advice. Nofap does not kill your libido. After certain periods of time you will be less frequently aroused by things, followed by long periods where all you can think about is sex. It will make you completely unreasonably horny and destroy any inhibitions you have about sex. Try nofap only if you really want to have sex with a woman and don't care that by the time you get to that point you will be so unreasonably horny that you will not use a condom and are unable to care about any consequences related to unsafe sex.

Second… no, you do not suddenly cease to find other women attractive when you have a girlfriend.

Thats not what the folks at r/nofap say. Lmao no fap transforms you into a sex crazed beast unable to have any reason beyond sex? Thats the first time I've ever read that.
I guess if you do nofap for more than a year you end up raping women.

As for the people talking about NoFap. NoFap is great for the people masturbating five to six times a day and can no longer keep it up without excessive stimulation, which a woman can not provide. Also, get away from the porn.

I browsed some nofap forums including that reddit for awhile, and was paying attention to some of the personalities that were shilling it, and that's the conclusion I came to. I don't think a healthy male could go a year, I doubt the people saying they even went 90 days. The drive humans have for sex is extremely powerful, and unless you are unhealthy in some kind of extreme way your desire to have sex isn't just going to go away.

I remember this one letter that someone wrote to Gavin McGinnes who was shilling nofap saying that after doing it for awhile he couldn't pay attention at work and inappropriately touched one of their female co-workers, which led them to making out and that they needed advice because they weren't sure if this was a road they should be going down, and they were concerned about the consequences, and the fact that they were thinking about sex a lot more than before they started nofap. McGinnes response was something like "Congratulations, I basically just got you laid, what are you complaining about? You should be thanking me."
