Sadly 10mil isn't "fuck you" money, so I'd probably invest a bunch, live frugally, and pursue a hobby
Another thing I would do if I had “f you” money besides hiring a personal trainer and chef would be to start my own business.
But not just any business. I would build a store that would be the biggest nerd paradise you ever laid your eyes on.
it would be 1/5th:
-Coffee shop
-Comic book store
-Arcade with both coin-op games and console-PC games
-Video game store that sells mostly used and classic games
-Board game store with plenty of table space for games/tournaments
It would be in one building, one floor, sharply divided into four quadrants (the arcade and video game store would be combined).
Each quadrant would have its own theme and their own manager and staff.
I would hire the 4 managers and tell them to run the store- that I would be hands off in terms of running things and all the business decisions. Just as long as they’re honest and the store is breaking even, I don’t care.
I just want a bitchin’ hang out place for all of my nerdy friends to do things we love doing. And to share that experience with everyone else.
maybe. sounds sketchy . I like the idea of new people coming in, though. You could buy an office space and do all that, minus running it as a business and it being filled with smelly nerds. Just hire someone to buy all the latest nerd shit to enjoy and resell the stuff you've finished with. Then just invite your friends or run it as a private "Nerd club".

That's why I don't run the business.Retail is hell and the general customers make it worse.
Buy a nice brand new home
Buy a nice brand new Porsche 911 Turbo
Buy a nice brand new Porsche Panamera
Buy a '97 Toyota Supra and restore it
Buy the largest OLED TV that LG makes
Buy some new furniture
Upgrade my internet to fiber
Buy some more Jordans (I have the 12 reverse flue games, but I'd also like a pair of 11's and a pair of 1's)
hmm, I haven't spent enough yet
Buy a Rolex Submariner (Hulk), the all green one
Buy a Rolex Milgauss with the z-blue dial
To be honest I like my PC as-is for now, so save some money for the future
Buy a Panda Rolex Daytona
Buy an Omega Railmaster with the grey dial
Buy an Omega Speedmaster
hmm, still have a lot more to spend
I'd set aside some of it to travel if this pandemic ever ends
I'd put some of it in the stock market... not because I need to profit but just to watch the numbers for fun
Of course I'm going to eat good as well so let me spend some on nice meals
It's been a long time since I bought new clothes so let me get some of those too
I'll buy a laptop too just in case I need to travel somewhere and would still have a laptop
Buy an xbox so I can finally play through Gears of War 3, then never touch it again
I need to buy some new glasses too
hmm, I still have money to spend
I guess I'd put the rest in the bank for retirement
I would sit on my ass all day and do nothing.
Hire Antifa to protest Antifa in Afghanistan.
I would build a scale model of the great pyramid (modern materials) and test theories on the giza power plant (masers, vibration, ion charges etc).
I mean hot women. I would spend it on hot women.
Modern materials and construction. Ie is Lime / rock capping possibly a capacitor? Then we can test by making a capacitor of the outer walls using other materials? Would bricks satisfy the same as neolithic size blocks?Small issue with that, we struggle to move rock that size, so good luck with that lol
It's always cute when people think that owning rental properties is just sitting back and collecting money. If I won the lottery it would be the exact type of stress I would avoid.Spend everything on houses to rent out. Market value of houses will go up no matter what + payments = easy life for the rest of your days as houses will always stay worth its money in the market.

Imagine going somewhere to buy a coffee and the asshole who owns the place expects you to a) tell him a story and b) judges you carefully on whether it’s interesting enough.after all that's done, gona buy a spot in some busy city to open up a small cafe/restaurant. it'll only seat a very small amount of people and it'll just be a normal place in all regards. but I won't charge the customer IF they are willing to talk and share a great story that I feel is interesting enough.
