If Nintendo set up a PayPal account where you could send them money, would you?

I'm serious. I'm wondering if any Nintendo fans here love the company so much that they would spot them some cash in exchange for a good feeling.

Alternative question: are there any companies you'd just send some money to help out? Personally, I'd subsidize the Dragon Quarter team if it meant a followup in the same vein.
 
If Nintendo set up a blood bank I would donate plasma.

It would be a more literal way of 'something dying inside me". The same feeling I got when I played Metroid Prime 2.
 
I would, anything is not enough for the greatest company in the world.


Now about sega i wouldn't even sell my childhood toys to get them out of the red, that goes for every videogame company out there too.....cept the N

Maybe it would be interesting if some develloper was demonstrating some ideas about the likes of 3 games and then they proceed by donations as the decide wich one is release. I would maybe send money for the most interesting project. But then again it's stupid because your vote occur when you buy the released game anyway. It would also be shitty in some way because the rich gamers would decide what we play. There's enough rich people dictating our lives already. I'm waiting for a Nbot to completely support and agree with your idea Frost lol

if they were bleeding money maybe, but not now when they have like 7 billion in cash reserves. That would be extremley pointless.

You know, I actually wouldn't mind if companies did this, and then if you play their game on an emulator, rather than buying the game, you just paypal them the money.
 
I'd pay in advance for certain games. Let's say Capcom opened an account to fund SF4...I would put my 60€ NOW. But just for a couple of games.

Nintendo doesn't need my cash, but back in the day I would have given Sega a buck or two, if it ment getting my name in a credits screen or something :)
 
What's funny about this thread is it actually shows how insane Sega fanboys are. The thread's about Nintendo yet half the posts are "I'd give money to Sega". :lol
 
I'd send them money if without the donations they would go out of business. If my money would have a direct connection to their ability to continue making Nintendo games. :)

Since that would never happen, the answer is... no.

most because SEGA is in bad situation, I'm sure that if Nintendo was the poor one, millons of fanboys around the world will help Nintendo
 
Every gamer here ALREADY donates money to their favorite company in exchange for entertainment. What your talking about is giving them money for a blank product in hopes that our needs will be fullfilled and technically, again, we already do that. We pre-order games, systems and peripherals all the time without knowing how much entertainment we will recieve from said products.

Right now I would pay money to bribe Mikami to come back and direct RE5 thats about it.
