And might as well share the artwork that MikeZ drew to commemorate a million bucks, too!
Truly amazing stuff.
You'd think working a lot with amazing artists would improve his skills. Or maybe he thinks of this as his signature look.
The final #IndivisibleRPG crossover concept is here! It’s Annie from #Skullgirls! https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/indivisible-rpg-from-the-creators-of-skullgirls/x/2363858#/ …

This makes me so god damn happy. #TeamAnnie4ever
Looks like they grew her up some compared to Skullgirls.
Amazingly enough the list will only continue to grow as the cast, moves and backgrounds are all expanded upon.@Ravidrath: An e-mail/post should probably be made to the Skullgirls IGG too about Annie (and the other guest characters of course) in Indivisible just to catch anyone who might have backed Skullgirls but somehow still doesn't know about these cross-overs.
Anyway, today in Indivisible teaches you about world culture/history! <3
Hope springs eternal.Kind of wish there was some kind of beast/monster character for the party. Or someone to mirror Brahms' style.
She's been eating her wheaties.Looks like they grew her up some compared to Skullgirls.
Not sure if anyone's brought this up yet, but this article omits it, but Qadira appears heavily based off of Khawlah bint al-Azwar. ~Tatanka~
A shaman renowned for his passionate drumming which brought forth departed spirits, Tatanka's life was forever changed by a simple errand boy. Mistaking his nameplate for that of the Great Warlock Tanaka who lived next door, the hasty courier delivered the wrong package of mystical ingredients - with disastrous results.
Attempting to summon the spirit of his next client's dead wife, Tatanka instead called forth an ancient spirit of mysterious origin. Though the two have since forged an uneasy alliance, neither is happy with the current state of affairs. Unable to rid himself of the irritating specter alone, Tatanka travels the world seeking an exorcist skilled enough to sever the bond.
I still prefer skullgirl's artstyle as a whole, but Annie is in a game as a playable character so whatever, Annie hype
Is that Dora?
Oh i see it now. She looks older because her head is more realistically proportioned. Also i absolutely did not remember her having so much leg.I was curious to see how Annie's legs would transfer over to Indiv's style since she's like... 70% legs in Skullgirls.

And yay! this thing is finally done~

It's hard to tell from the horns and how Shovel Knight has about 6 times the mass of Annie, but she's a couple of inches taller than him.
They've both got their appeal, but Skullgirls' artstyle is unlike anything else in the industry. It's hard to think of anything else so strongly inspired by Tex Avery and Bruce Timm with such thick comic outlines. If you were a nineties kid you'd see it so hard in a bunch of Skullgirls' characters, released and unreleased. I can't wait to see Indivisible fully fleshed out. I expect it to grow into something entirely unique as well.Huh.
Seems I really like the art direction of Indivisible over Skullgirls, judging from Annie.
...I'm starting to have the horrifying realisation that I'm going to be buying the plushie tier by the end of this, aren't I.
Probably already suggested by other people, but guys should consider platform exclusive cross-over cameos.
Just imagine: Conker on Xbox, Sly Cooper on PS4.
The current roster is already awesome as it is though.
I also think a lot of people would be upset if we did platform-exclusive crossovers this time around. Especially because they're playable characters, not just bosses like in Shovel Knight.
These are a lot of work, which we're basically absorbing for free.

Seeing the whole indie gang together is awesome. And the fact that they're all playable, compared to indie cameos in some other games, is just icing on the top
So, i think the chances of this working out in the end are pretty high, right?
Annie is way taller than expected.

Some awesome members of our community are setting up a Thunderclap!
Please add your support so we can get the word out!

We estimate that Ajna's around 5'3", BTW.
So she's not very tall at all.
What the heck is a Thunderclap?
A bunch of people all sign up to the Thunderclap. On a set date it then sends out a tweet/facebook post/whatever from all of their accounts at the same time. What the heck is a Thunderclap?
Maybe the sword isn't as long as the scabbardThis has been kind of bugging me.
So, this might be me not understanding how swords and scabbards work, but can Toko actually pull the sword out of her cross scabbard reliably if this was a real situation? I might be overthinking or underthinking this, but if the sword is reliably long then how can she pull it out of the cross? Her arm width would have to be pretty big to get it out reliably and for it to not be cumbersome. A regular sword scabbard is bendable to a degree to allow some room for pulling it out I would assume. A katana is curved so it makes sense to pull it out anyway.
I don't know why I'm hung up on this, but it bothers me every time I see the character design. This could all be solved if the sword is tinier than I expect at least.
