Indivisible: Valkyrie Profile/Metroid, Indiegogo, PC/Mac/Linux/PS4/XB1 -- funded!

Sick design! Will we get to see what his "specter" partner looks like? I imagine that he'll fight with it like a stand/persona and I'd love to see what you guys came up for it.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

The final #IndivisibleRPG crossover concept is here! It’s Annie from #Skullgirls! https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/indivisible-rpg-from-the-creators-of-skullgirls/x/2363858#/ …

This makes me so god damn happy. #TeamAnnie4ever

@Ravidrath: An e-mail/post should probably be made to the Skullgirls IGG too about Annie (and the other guest characters of course) in Indivisible just to catch anyone who might have backed Skullgirls but somehow still doesn't know about these cross-overs.

Anyway, today in Indivisible teaches you about world culture/history! <3
Amazingly enough the list will only continue to grow as the cast, moves and backgrounds are all expanded upon.
Kind of wish there was some kind of beast/monster character for the party. Or someone to mirror Brahms' style.
Hope springs eternal.
Looks like they grew her up some compared to Skullgirls.
She's been eating her wheaties.

Not sure if anyone's brought this up yet, but this article omits it, but Qadira appears heavily based off of Khawlah bint al-Azwar. Down to the green shawl!

Naga Rider confirmed for best reveal video.

Given that most Henshin superheroes involve the main protagonist suffering from a great tragedy (usually losing a love one in the hands of a force of evil), but will take a powerful artifact/piece of technology to become an agent of justice, I'm curious to see how the guys at Lab Zero Games will take this character & will subvert some of the tropes that are given in the genre. Obviously, this guy is heavily based off of the protagonists of the Kamen Rider & Ultraman series, but I would actually like it that this guy isn't all that he seems to be.

I was curious to see how Annie's legs would transfer over to Indiv's style since she's like... 70% legs in Skullgirls.

And yay! this thing is finally done~

It's hard to tell from the horns and how Shovel Knight has about 6 times the mass of Annie, but she's a couple of inches taller than him.

~Tatanka~

A shaman renowned for his passionate drumming which brought forth departed spirits, Tatanka's life was forever changed by a simple errand boy. Mistaking his nameplate for that of the Great Warlock Tanaka who lived next door, the hasty courier delivered the wrong package of mystical ingredients - with disastrous results.

Attempting to summon the spirit of his next client's dead wife, Tatanka instead called forth an ancient spirit of mysterious origin. Though the two have since forged an uneasy alliance, neither is happy with the current state of affairs. Unable to rid himself of the irritating specter alone, Tatanka travels the world seeking an exorcist skilled enough to sever the bond.

This is the best backstory in the history of ever.

This game! I love that it's like an indie star crossover RPG now.

I'm sure this has probably crossed your minds already, but seeing as how you guys made Skullgirls, a fighting game. Maybe the next game after this (I'm certain this game will be funded) you guys might consider a fighter with a load of characters from indie games crossing over???

Kinda like Marvel vs. Capcom but with indie characters. OMG I WOULD FAINT!

Oh i see it now. She looks older because her head is more realistically proportioned. Also i absolutely did not remember her having so much leg.

Probably already suggested by other people, but guys should consider platform exclusive cross-over cameos.

Just imagine: Conker on Xbox, Sly Cooper on PS4.

The current roster is already awesome as it is though.

People also haven't noticed the slight changes to Sagan's design too. He's less plump, the inside of his mouth looks more like a doll's, his eyes no longer look like they can actually follow you and Annie's eye is a bit smaller. The original Sagan definitely has that subtle SG creepiness to it that makes you think it'll stand up and bite you at any moment.
Huh.

Seems I really like the art direction of Indivisible over Skullgirls, judging from Annie.
They've both got their appeal, but Skullgirls' artstyle is unlike anything else in the industry. It's hard to think of anything else so strongly inspired by Tex Avery and Bruce Timm with such thick comic outlines. If you were a nineties kid you'd see it so hard in a bunch of Skullgirls' characters, released and unreleased. I can't wait to see Indivisible fully fleshed out. I expect it to grow into something entirely unique as well.

Arrrgh, I didn't realise it'd cleared a million! Fantastic! Congrats, Lab Zero! Tatanka's design is incredible, too, let alone his backstory.

...I'm starting to have the horrifying realisation that I'm going to be buying the plushie tier by the end of this, aren't I.

These are a lot of work, which we're basically absorbing for free.

I also think a lot of people would be upset if we did platform-exclusive crossovers this time around. Especially because they're playable characters, not just bosses like in Shovel Knight.

Not sure why they would be. If it's a platform exclusive IP, then that means they have no option to play them on another platform to begin with. As an example, who's going to complain that they can't play Mario on the PS4 version? That would never be possible. From a sales perspective, you could probably get people who own multiple platforms to double dip if the exclusive character content was compelling enough.

You should add Cloud from Smash Bros.

I'd like if you could add the title character from Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death into your game pls

A doodle of his face is fine too

It's even published by 505 Games so =3

I definitely like the Skullgirls version of Annie WAY more, but both are amazing.

What the heck is a Thunderclap?

Basically, it lets a bunch of people sync up all their social media accounts to post a particular message at a particular scheduled time to maximize the message.

So you link it to your social media accounts, and when the time comes, they'll all post / tweet / tumbl that message you see in the link simultaneously.

What the heck is a Thunderclap?
A bunch of people all sign up to the Thunderclap. On a set date it then sends out a tweet/facebook post/whatever from all of their accounts at the same time.

It's a way of helping to get something to trend by having everyone shout at the exact same time, instead of staggered over a bunch of days/weeks.

EDIT: Too slowwww.

This has been kind of bugging me.

So, this might be me not understanding how swords and scabbards work, but can Toko actually pull the sword out of her cross scabbard reliably if this was a real situation? I might be overthinking or underthinking this, but if the sword is reliably long then how can she pull it out of the cross? Her arm width would have to be pretty big to get it out reliably and for it to not be cumbersome. A regular sword scabbard is bendable to a degree to allow some room for pulling it out I would assume. A katana is curved so it makes sense to pull it out anyway.

I don't know why I'm hung up on this, but it bothers me every time I see the character design. This could all be solved if the sword is tinier than I expect at least.

Maybe the sword isn't as long as the scabbard
