I'd like to see something like this for Super Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time. I don't know if you guys saw the previews for Super Mario 64, but some places looked very different, such as the places outside the castle.

In Ocarina of Time, entire places were completely different in the early versions (but post-Dream World 1996).

Even the E3 1996 version of Super Mario 64 had a couple of things different from the final versions, although they were obviously more minor.

Someone here on GAF once posted a website that pretty much archived everything known about the OoT betas. It was a VERY fun read. Some of it was obviously speculation, but it did come accompanied by a slew of early pics. Good stuff. I wish I still had that link.
