Nintendo's publishing this Aki-developed gam.

<i>Touch Panic features several panels that can be moved and rotated around the screen with the stylus. Each panel has a certain track on it, and the player's objective is to align the panels to create a route for balls to roll on. The player's goal is to steer the balls toward a goal. Each of the balls are printed with different symbols, and if the player sends them to the goal in a certain order, he or she will receive bonus points. The game is played with the lower DS screen, while the top screen is used for displaying the current score and remaining time.</i>

And apparently you roll the balls with the gyroscope/tilt sensor.

So does that mean it's coming on a GBA cart or that the tilt sensor would be inserted in the GBA slot with the regular game in the DS slot?

Aki developed the gameplay behind Def Jam Vendetta and also did the past N64 wrestling games, I believe.
