I was holding out for Joker not being a playable character but damn it, there it is.
Have I told you all how much I love you? Lol. You guys are doing awesome work here. Are the mobile and console games 1-1 parity when it comes to voice acting? I mean, do you think the voice actors strike affected returning voice actors? I kind of hope the green lantern buzzsaw constructs stay in, sounds op as fuck haha.

Yeah, all the voices are the same. Pretty sure all the dialogue is ripped from the games.
I'm just happy the guy who voiced GL in the first game is gone. I know he voiced him in the cartoons occasionally, but I was not a fan.
I'm EXTREMELY curious as to who'll be voicing Joker. Would be crazy if they got Mark Hamill.

I've could've told you he would be a playable character before Injustice 2 was even announced yet. That's DC's go to villain for any video game.

But here are nice screenshots I took from the Beta, direct feed. I feel like I'm the only that cares about taking good screen of the faces.
NRS went from the worst to pretty much the best in terms of faces in Fighting game, which is funny.
Reminds me of going from halo 3 to halo 4. Like a world of difference.
No, but that's besides the point. They had me thursty as hell keeping him under wraps for this long.

I just feel like that's a waste at this point. The CG trailer they released for the marketing re-launch literally showed Superman punching a hole in his stomach and yet he's back again. *Sigh.
This is however the one thing that might make his appearance worthwhile.

Wish they went with Ivy's New 52 black costume with plants growing on it as her default. It was a great look to upgrade her visual. Hopefully its in the game. Same issue with Cheetah, she always looked kinda off but just having her with no clothes might have been better as default, as she has been portrayed over the recent years.

Looking forward to game play breakdowns of these new ladies. Particularly Ivy. Would be so hyped for a Birds of Prey moment in the story which I think we will obviously get.

Absolutely. If his ring can be customised and can have unique abilities depending on "colour," I'll lose my shit.

I'm excited to see Cold's role in the story. It's Injustice so he might just be a brutal killer, but usually he's a pretty good at being a team player, playing all the angles and protecting the planet if need be. I could conceivably see him as a 'hero', but the Society tends to be one of his regular teams.
Given how many Legion of Doom members are in the game, he's most certainly going to be a member of the Society like the rest of them.
Shame Black Manta is, at most, DLC. =/

That is one benefit for NRS, Mr Freeze's dialogue is almost entirely written for them.
I am baffled at people who don't understand the Joker's inclusion or are disappointed at him getting in.

A cold gun is in all the videos. It looks like the one Cold is known for but doesn't mean anything.

He's also a character who had minimal involvement in the five year prequel. A near blank slate. Hopefully he has some great dialogue with The Flash.
It says Leonard Snart next to it. And I've seen the fucking roster.

(i) The Ratio is totally skewed towards Batman characters even though The Flash, Wonder Woman,Superman, Green Lantern only get 1 villain (Flash gets 2 whoop-dee-do)
(ii) The Joker is not exactly a person known for his fighting prowess.
(iii) The Joker has been in damn near every non-comic Batman thing. He was in ALL 4 Arkham games.
Superman's didn't get in. Why? Because he is dead. Joker is getting in DESPITE being dead. Boon has said "you can't make a DC game without Lex and Joker" yet here we are.
Edit: Bowser wasn't in the first Smash BTW.
If only we got Superman's archnemesis, too.

I can't even remember what happened to Luther at the end of the first game. I need to replay story mode again before Injustice 2 launches.
He tries to take out Superman in a last ditch effort, SHAZAM thwarts it and Superman chokes him to death.
i) If there's too many Batman characters, Joker is the last villain they should cut besides arguably Harley who's huge as well (maybe even bigger now).
ii) Everyone recognizes his gadgets though. Lethal playing cards, joy buzzers, acid spray, Bang! Gun. Oh, and people all remember his knives. The problem is I1 didn't take enough advantage of his skill set. That can change.
iii) People often whine about Joker's inclusion in the Arkham games, but come on, admit it. He was the best part of all 4 of them. By far. Maybe not the first one, but certainly the last 3. And it also plays to my point, he's Batman's big bad. Not having him in this game would be like not having Bowser in Smash Bros. It's wrong. Edit: And ya, I think Bowser should have been in Smash 1, but I get why he wasn't since that game was really low tech and experimental.
As I mentioned before, Luthor being excluded is a travesty. Dead or not he's too important to not bring back. An evil Lex from another dimension can easily show up if they want him to. They better do that as DLC.
