Injustice 2 Roster Discussion & Speculation Thread

Anybody find anymore datamined images?

I was asking the same thing but after looking into it, it turns out those are placeholder folders for the characters we've yet to see but there's nothing to mine from it. They're just there waiting to have the data patched in. I was hoping we would get some models of Joker, Arrow and Dr. Fate :(

I had to use mobile art when making this stuff. If you'd post a clear, non-gear screenshot of him and maybe Batman and Beetle i'll update it later today

Always liked how most of the characters' poses before the Supers in I1 were ripped straight from various comic panels.

They're not still doing that, are they? Haven't noticed any.

That is strange, I never realized it until now but yeah they're gone. And now I miss them :(.

Sadly no.

In fact the super activation in I2 are the worst looking thing in the game. The characters look terrible during it for some reason.

I liked the concept more than the execution. Green Lantern rears his fist back for a punch, but then he suddenly teleports to Oa.

Got my beta code and since it doesn't have a practice mode and I didn't play Injustice 1, can anyone give me some tips on the gameplay?

I hate to be that guy but man it just felt so stiff to me.

They did it with Zod during his Clash, too.

Can't remember if there are any more Clash examples. Most if not all Super poses were taken from comics, though.

Huh, I actually feel like finding find them all, now.
And I feel like seeing them all. I honestly never knew this, and I'm a huge comic follower.

MB B3/F3 (R2+back/forward and X) gives you a hit of armour and lets you follow up with a combo, can be really useful.

You can press forward twice and then MB (R2) to roll forward across the screen now, costs a bar or two though, can't remember exactly how much.

When you're on your second (red) health bar you can hold forward and MB to break ("Clash") a combo, you'll then have the opportunity to try and gain some health back by pressing one of the prompts on-screen and spending meter. This can only be used once, though.

You can now escape from combos while in the air by pressing up twice and then MB, I think? Pretty sure it also costs two bars.

B3 and F3 are unclashable, can be really helpful to use them together if your opponent has a lot of meter and you don't want them getting health back.

A lot of people, myself included, found the first Injustice to be stiff and awkward as hell for the first few hours or so when the demo came out. Moving around sucked hard. Then we just got used to it, I have no issues with it anymore.

It's not too bad.

Instead of using his speed for one big attack, he's using it for a flurry of attacks. And are the other supers the same as the console versions?

I like it. The anticlimactic second punch ruined Flash's Injustice 1 super.

I know why they did it, but they should have just made it like Rains super round house, and they got punched completely across the world and land on the otherside of the screen.

It would have been no more goofy then the shit Doomsday pulls.
