The mobile game also has "M" skins for Wonder Woman and Superman, which likely stands for "movie." There's also an "SS" (Suicide Squad) skin for Harley.

To each their own, but I'd rather see original characters as the focus of Premier Skins. Of course, I'd not complain if we saw Arrowverse and DCEU costumes in the console version, even as gear sets. Hell, I'd definitely use Jason Mamoa's Aquaman costume as Spinky already suggested.

Just the three announced Premier Skins: John Stewart, Power Girl and Reverse Flash. Additional Premier Skins will need to be purchased separately.

I don't know if alternate costumes mesh well with the gear system. I'm eager to see how NRS is going to make it work to ensure gear isn't overlooked in favour of "costumes". Turning alternate costumes into gear sets is probably the most ideal situation as it still maintains focus on the gear itself.

The only three examples of Premier Skins we have so far are new characters, with new dialogue and voices. I don't know if that's truly indicative of their approach, but I want it to continue on that path. Given the focus of Injustice 2 is on personalisation, it'd be counter-productive if everyone was using the same alternate costumes online. It's no longer "your" Batman, if you and one hundred other players look the same.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what they are doing. If I recall correctly during that first watchtower stream one time they had Batman with the "Cowl of Beyond" and it was just the mask. So, I'm imagining all of those alternates will be broken into pieces to collect("Cape of the Red Son"/"Mask of Parallax"/etc. if I were to just guess a few.)

Probably him punching the opponent hard into the sky or far away and then shooting Omega Beams which follows the opponent around and knock them back to Darkseid.

I think it's supposed to be a reference to the Injustice comic, where Hals does it as a yellow lantern.
