Is 34 too old to learn how to skateboard.

Never too late but but your body is going to hate you for starting so late.

I couldn't help myself the other day and went out anyway and got drenched.

When I got home I noticed that one of the wheels wasn't spinning like.the others so I need to get this to a doctor.

Mid 30's is when just stretching wrong can wreck your day.
I wonder what people do with their bodies, I'm in my mid 30s and feel pretty much the same as I did in my 20s. I think many eventually become so overwhelmed with work and family life that they don't have time to exercise and eat right. So while aging of course affects the body, no doubt about it, it doesn't need be as catastrophic if you take care of it.

I tried getting back into skating in my 30s and in my 40s both times ended in months of pain after. When you're a kid / teen you have no responsibility if you break a leg or an arm, but when you're an adult and need to earn money, no need to put that at risk.

Maybe if you do good stretching regularly you might be ok, but even kids break bones, no escaping that.

Now I just watch skating YouTube videos. Enough for me.

My uncle got back in to skateboarding in his thirties, got a gnarly leg injury, thought it was cool and then after he healed he got right back on his board lol
