There's one at Best Buy right now for $69.99 after rebate. I am really hesitant to spend that much on a memory card, but it seems like a good deal from the prices I've seen in passing. How quick do the prices on memory cards fall, by the way? If I waited, say, 3 months, would it be much cheaper?

the cheapest you can get 1gb online is around 60-70 (check pricewatch.com)... so its a decent deal, despite the rebate. i think flash memory prices are stabilizing on 1gb SD cards, doesnt seem to have changed much recently (though you never know)
