I generally only like 'legit' if used sparingly and with some vague sense of irony, like how using silly slang is sometimes fun when applied to really stuffy things because of the contrast, but in casual conversation it seems a bit juvenile to me for some reason.

I hate this a bit more than I hate any change to people's everyday vernacular. I miss when people just did stuff because they liked it, not because it was "ironic".
