Is performance on Fallout 5 on PS5 broken now?

So I booted up Fallout 4 just now on the PS5 and something seemed really off and checking the framerate I see it now barely hits 50FPS on performance mode. It was a locked 60 before. What happened here?

Bethesda will be closed before thay can even make Fallout 5... theit next game likely will be their last.

(Doesn't seem to play differently on SX to me at least, don't have it downloaded on PS5 right now to compare)

After dropping 40 bucks on the recent Fallout 4 anniversary upgrade, and having the game crash several times, I am starting to think that maybe, Bethesda games should be labeled as Poison.

TLDR-Don't buy the Fallout 4 anniversary upgrade.

The anniversary update has borked the game on all platforms iirc. Give it a few months and follow JuiceHead3 on YouTube for updates if you care enough.

Yesterday they put out a hotfix for PlayStation.

Sounds to me like owners of og Fallout 4 got some anniversary downgrades even if they didn't buy the new release.

It's always infuriating when companies break the old version instead of just offering the anniversary/remastered editions as completely separate titles.

One more game to cross off the buying list. It's a shame since I haven't played Fallout 4 but I have neither the time nor the patience to butting heads with a broken Bethesda game. I still have PTSD from Skyrim on PS3.

Before they broke it (not played the update myself) but I liked it alot. Except the STUPID base building nonsense. I rolled credits and spent 100 hours on it. Better than NV or Fallout 3? nope. But good.
