I was just at Sam's club and saw that they had around 8 copies of Space Raiders for Gamecube, selling for around 12 bucks each. I thought the game had an extremely low print run, so does anyone think it would be a worthwhile investment to pick up a couple of copies to sell down the road? I checked eBay and it looks like the game is only going for around $20. Also has anyone who played the game think its even worth 12 bucks to play it? I know it got some pretty bad reviews, especially from Gamespot.

The game came out earlier this year for $20 new, and it's not even worth that much. Don't bother.

If you are really into collecting games like I am its probably worth $12. I have it. It has one of the best CG intros I've seen on Gamecube (and I've got over 100 games for the system). But I wouldn't buy it in the hopes of selling it for more down the road. It's rare, but its not in demand and probably never will be.

I think it's godawful. But you might put it away if you're a hardcore collector.
