A lot of hardcore PC owners'll drop $500 on a new graphics card without batting an eye, but the same people will balk at spending $30 on a DVD-ROM drive. It's totally incomprehensible to me. Hopefully more companies will at least start offering DVD-ROM 'Special Edition' releases in addition to the standard CD's a la UT2k4.
