The Coalition are wizards on UE. They have a better grip of it than Epic themselves.

Which is why Epic even had them help on the Matrix, and Gears has been the best showcase of UE since the coalition took it over, carrying on that legacy. The only other studio that can really claim that ownership was Rocksteady, who made a UE3 game look beyond most UE4 Games.
