After all this time, this game better play sublime. Sub-par graphics can be forgiven, hell even slight performance issues given the development hell this game has been in, but the combat system for both guns and meele better blow my mind.
It amazes how much some people are desperate for a new 3rd party exclusive WiiU game, they are willing to suggest something that makes no sense outside of "well Bayonetta 2 is exclusive!"
Its nothing but a bunch of wishful thinking with hint of spite. This game would never be a good fit for the WiiU.

Bilson seemed to have real soft spot for this game when it was still at THQ. Ninja Gaiden Black is an utter masterpiece. I have high hopes for this.

Looking forward to Devil's Third. It's going to be interesting to see what Itagaki has came up with outside of DOA and Ninja Gaiden. He's designed some of the best games ever made so I completely trust him and his team.

Exactly. Although I imagine switching gens and remaining multi plat would be a nightmare for a unproven dev.

Yea, that's my only fear why it will be an exclusive. That ain't cheap. Regardless, its crazy to think this game is actually going to get news in the future.
I hope MS or Sony haven't snapped it up for next gen exclusivity. I want new games on those platforms not promised gen 7 multiplats.
I think this is a big possibility as MS seems to be sticking to their old formula as the 360 IE money hat many great Japanese games at the start of the gen while many of the Sony 3td parties stick to the PS2/3

Well I think it was early footage, I remember the game was still year or two from release when they revealed it, with all the action games that came out since, the game could be a lot more different now. The concept in the video seems pretty interesting at least.

I don't think it would be comparable, because Bayonetta was a sequel with an established fanbase. No-one really knows anything about Devil's Third, and most view it with cynicism due to its ongoing development issues.
A ~$200 console with lots of other good games on it would be much preferred to a $500 console with no other games on it
Tell that to the people who stalk Nintendo threads.

Word. He has a good relationship with MS that is well documented over the years. I think I read somewhere that when he put Master Chief in DOA, he personally gave the game code back to Bungie...Not 100% sure where I read that, but I remember something like that happening.
