I'm doing all the right things, staying sober, keto diet, physical therapy exercises, taking long walks.. Going to the gym (I met this lady there)...

But I'm not happy. Lonely. Lost my only friend today.

Did meet and had a very pleasant/good vibes talk with a woman at the gym yesterday. But she's on holiday for three weeks since today and yeah.. don't know if she has a guy.. I'll find out eventually.. we'll see. Turning 40 Wednesday which is a somewhat of a milestone and nobody to have a party with.

So yeah. Weird days.
