Bathroom sink wasn't draining and clear to the U bend, so I pulled the piping under the sink to snake the drain line. Going to put everything back together and I notice the threads on the pipe coming from the wall are broken so I'm getting a leak there now. Only the threaded part of the pipe is sticking out from the wall.

To fix it, I need to rip half the bathroom apart or pay someone to do it.

A good thing to consider is they don't spawn randomly. They spawn the same way every time across all difficulties. As soon as you know where they spawn, you can put them down preemptively before they even have a chance to jump on you.
