Anyone here ever been to a Lucha VaVoom event? Apparently it's a burlesque and lucha libre show.

I just found out they were coming to town next week, so I've convinced the old lady that it'll be a good time #stoked

I have. They're fun. Saw Willie Mack have a match the last time I went.

World War III 97 is starting.

And here's the 2 major problems with the set-up

1)The winner doesn't get their title shot for 5 months, which is an eternity in wrestling.
2)They get it at WCW's second biggest PPV of the year. >.<

Also apparently.. they don't even know the rules for their own match.

I swear its changed 3 times so far..

Haha, wow forgot that WCW had actual end credits for their PPVs.

I just have trouble believing that they could produce two coherent RAWs in a row.

Build on the Johnny Ace/Punk feud. Ace needs to seem like a real fucking asshole going into the Rumble.

Build on the Kane/Cena feud. Last weeks "You're going to be in a match with Kane the Rumble!" "Yeah sure" exchange was hilarious. There's potential here, can they get me to care in one RAW?

I kinda wish Jericho's little walk out happened this week. That going into the Rumble would have been perfect. Not sure if he could top that this week, but hey, it's Jericho. Who knows.

Well I'm curious what they do with Johnny Ace, they can't really allow him to still officiate the match?

For some reason, I felt like they were sewing the seeds for Ace to be relieved of his duties and replaced with Foley as Raw's GM.

Jericho's going to come out and interrupt Cena's match. He's gonna "yeah baby, yeah!" around the ring and this will be the last straw for Cena. Cena will embrace the hate.

Johnny Ace tries to screw Punk out of the win, gets knocked out. Who comes down to make the count for Punk? Good ol' Mick Foley in his tattered ref shirt for the 1....2....3!!
