Further proof (as if it was needed) that Meltzer and all the other dirt sheets know jack fuckin shit:

As far as I heard Meltzer was saying he didn't know what was happening about the injury and hadn't actually heard much about it which he said was unusual. A lot of other websites will often misquote him.

The real gold here is the following Summerslam backstage bit with Regal, shame it cuts off before the Ron Simmons "damn!"

Regal is just fantastic

I'm watching Dream's NYE show and I've got to the IGF Pro Wrestling part of the card. You would never hear Michael Cole warn fans that scripted fights are coming up like they do on HDNet.

They then proceed to call said matches better than most teams in the last 10 years.

Holy crap, the clip right after that with Vince, Regal, Playa, and Coach is HILARIOUS. I forgot about that.

I was there!

I was so pissed that Cactus Jack came out. I was a huuuuge Dude Love mark.

Lucky you. *shakes hand*

Did you have a sign? Ill look for you and take a screen cap.

I gotta disagree though. Cactus' appearance was a classic moment. Especially how he introduced himself with a interview with Dude Love conducted by Mankind. And I still remember the finish to that match.

Also, the MSG crowd that night was nuts. lol

My cousin, who attended the MSG House Show last week, came down to visit over the weekend and gave me a late Christmas present.

I had a Dude Love sign, but I never made it on TV because, well, Dude Love didn't really make much of an appearance that night.

I eventually got on Raw a few years later with a Matt Hardy sign and on No Mercy with an Eddie Guerrero sign.

Cactus was awesome. I was just upset back then cause I was a huge Dude Love fan. I wore a Dude Love costume to high school for Halloween. :lol

Also, Worst. Stunner. Selling. Ever.

Even though Cena Sucks (t-shirts available at wwe shop zone dot com) that is a very cool gift. Congrats.

Josh Barnett vs. Hideki Suzuki from the Dream NYE show is a great match so far. It has been mostly grappling and submission mat wrestling but there has been some nice reversals and submissions. This Japanese crowd even popped for an abdominal stretch.

Holy shit, after all that mat wrestling, Barnett hits a sit-out powerbomb for two and the crowd goes crazy.

Check you PM mailbox, buddy. :)

For the record in my avatar I'm just wearing a white suit like the Wayans brothers.

So is my son.

Ever see the Will Smith just the two of us video, well that's us really.

Pillman is cutting a promo on the MSG '97 Raw that I'm watching. I really makes you think about how life is short, as he would be dead with in a matter of weeks. For whom the bell tolls...

lol. I love the avatar. Your kid is adorable.

Are you giving your son the Torture Rack?

I am for some reason he's happiest when like that or upside down, he's only 7 months but I always let him kick out of my pin attempts.

Looking at the pool of talent around tomorrow can't be anything but a let down for me sadly unless its brock or Shelton Benjamin lol

Let's share greatest WWE moments you witnessed live. (Best WWE live event you've been to.)

I was lucky enough to witness Kurt Angle's first World Title victory at No Mercy 2000, and I was in the third row for Steve Austin's beer truck incident. I also witness DX reforming with X-pac's debut. X-pac did the wolf pack hand shake with me! All of these events happened in Albany, NY.

WWE? Wrestlemania 24. Ric Flair vs HBK in Ric Flair's retirement match, CM Punk winning Money In The Bank, Undertaker winning the belt vs Edge. So much awesome on one show.

I was at the Raw in 2001 where Triple H blew out his quad the first time. Was a damn great main event too.

The other events I've been to (Great American Bash 07 & 09) kinda sucked though.

Damn. That's a good one.

A close friend of mine got to see Rock V. Hogan live. I will always be envious of this.

Keep the stories comin' guys!

It probably is Taker. It was pretty obvious from the start, we just got our hopes up like the video game side does during E3 press conferences.

Hmmm, was at the Ottawa Raw the night after the MTL screwjob, and I remember that being sort of historic. And recently, Edge's Smackdown retirement show in Toronto a few months ago, which was just fantastic.

Also, I really hope it isn't just Taker. =(
