What happened to him? I remember thinking he was going to go against Taker one day.

While I'm on a nostalgia kick was there ever a payoff to the awful Tim White shit?

And is Droz still employed by WWE?

Also we can all agree that Meat's gimmick of failed backstage assaults was awesome right?

I was there too! Highway to Hell! ...wasn't it weird watching the Owen v. Shamrock match on the score screen? I remember it being kinda boring.

I don't even remember that match. :lol

My best memory from that night is me wanting to try and walk down to the ringside area after the main even and the guy who drove being like "What do you think they're gonna come out and shake your fucking hand?! Let's get out of here!"

You didn't shake their hands after the matches? Shame.

lol. That's funny.

Do you remember the D' Lo v. Venis match? It was the opener but it was actually pretty good.

Oh yeah, that's also the night that Austin and Taker accidentally clunked heads. They were both visibly dizzy for the rest of the match.

I was at the RAW where Austin beat Kane for the title the night after he lost it to him. Loudest pop I've ever heard for any event ever.

Isn't that the Raw that Austin drove the Zamboni out to the ring to ruin McMahon's celebration of Kane being the new Champion?

Meat=Shawn Stasiak right? his failed assaults extended to the Kurt Angle milk truck segment as well, I loved that Austin Appreciation Night.

Let's share greatest WWE moments you witnessed live. (Best WWE live event you've been to.)

I was lucky enough to witness Kurt Angle's first World Title victory at No Mercy 2000, and I was in the third row for Steve Austin's beer truck incident. I also witness DX reforming with X-pac's debut. X-pac did the wolf pack hand shake with me! All of these events happened in Albany, NY.
Sucks I didn't go to any past WWF/WWE event. The first live event I ever went to was the Elimination Chamber last year followed by the Raw before Summerslam.

Seeing a lot of these wrestlers live sure gives me a new perspective and appreciation for them; Shawn Micheal's body language in a match really stands out compared to all the rest.

Also seeing the larger wrestlers make you realize just how fucking huge they really are. I remember seeing The Great Khali, and just being in amazement at just how huge he really was.

Shame that nowadays Stone Cold only gets trotted out as a guest ref or for...
- Arrive
- Raise Hell Stunner Someone
- Leave
It kind of kills any hype for an Austin appearance, wasn't there one time in the last 5 years when he did in fact just turn up to stunner someone and left without saying a word?

Go watch the last 10 minutes of every episode of Tough Enough 2011 (Except for maybe one.), he was incredible during those segments.

Ah yes, I forgot about Tough Enough, for some reason it didn't air on UK tv yet we still get NXT and superstars after they were canned elsewhere.

Khali's a freakin monster. I was there when he through Hornswoggle's cane across the arena and the crowd was egging on Shaq to take him on.

While dubbing my 9/22/97 Raw I discovered that the tape has the last segement of Nitro that aired that night. The main event.... Hall w/ Six Pac cutting a promo on Larry Zbzybko. Feel the ratings surge!

Edit: oh wait. Hector Garza is coming out for a match. Ratings are definitely surging.

Yeah. I remember it was a Triple Threat featuring him, Kane and Batista. I remember Kane coming out, and remarking to my friend just how big Kane was in person. And then right after Khali comes out and is noticeably bigger.

Match was awful by the way.
