MIND BLOWN

Wow, that looks like it took place in a friggin bar.

It did... they ran bars/nightclubs in NYC for about 8 weeks until they gave up and just made it into Velocity/Superstars. IIRC, the talk at the time on RSPW was they actually asked Heyman to help them find the clubs to book.

I try this every year, and always seem to fall behind slightly, but anyone interested.. or know a stream that's going to be showing all the old Royal Rumbles?

lol what

Match of the Year 2009 and 2010.
Taker fights like 1-2 matches a year so he can take risky bumps with nothing to lose since he wont have to fight again for eons, so his matches become 'legendary' but they're not. Eff that guy and his stupid gimmick im not a kid anymore that gets wowed by the immortal undertaker and stuff

Spent my Sunday evening watching the Stone Cold blu ray. Great set action packed with stuff and ive only made it through the first disc. Are there any other sets that are put together this well that i should check out? Ive seen a few on netflix.... But none compare to this one.

Taker/Shawn was improved exponentially by the emotion and the build, it was still a great match though, but it's HBK so I'd hardly be surprised. Taker/Mr. H though was only made great by association, as the matches it was surrounded by were pretty much horrid. Especially that main event. And Cole/Lawler. And that 6-person tag with Snooki.

I pretty much agree with everything you've said about Taker, I'm sick of the guy, I'm sick of the gimmick, but most of all I'm sick of the fact that, at this point, the streak's probably never going to be broken, Taker's never going to put anyone over and even if he did, they've built up the streak to such a degree that it would bound to be disappointing should it ever be broken. He should just retire already.

I was missing last night, but apparently we had a show, what did I miss?

OK, here it is - the big New Year's Eve show. Lots of random stuff on this one, not least the 74 wrestler tag team match. Also, before anyone asks, NO I have no idea WTF is going on in the Danshoku Dino match. It's like a rumble, but the whole point of the thing seems to be to make TAKA Michinoku & Sanshiro Takagi break out laughing as often as possible, at which point some random dudes come along and hit them in the ass with bats....JAPAN!

I meant an NWA show.

Good Advice.

Here's my current V5:

Was even able to get the "Live on Pay-Per-View" back on. :D

Wow I'm here and I make probably 10 posts a month only.
Here's to a 30 second jobber elimination.

Anyway, I just saw this and had no idea who Eden Stiles was. Googled her and she's dating Cody Rhodes. :o

At the AJPW show last night Abdullah the Butcher announced his retirement in the next 2-3 months. He was meant to be teaming with Mutoh & Kikutaro against Fuchi, Nishimura & Black BUSHI, but came to the ring with the aid of a walker and spent the whole match leaning on the apron;

That's a damn sad sight. Butcher should've gotten out of wrestling decades ago. Shit like this just makes me admire Stan Hansen all the more; he made his money, then he got the hell out and hasn't needed to come back in an in-ring capacity once since his retirement.

I meant an NWA show.

I don't think there was an NWA show last night, the last one uploaded was before Christmas;

Spindashing damn near killed Harry Demeanor to win the IC Title. Spin killed me by cracking open my head against a wall, and DMCZaf won a elimination chamber match.

Spindashing is on a brutal killing spree.

Only one man can stop him. But that man is dead.

For now.

lol at Jericho retweeting people who have photoshopped him "spotted" in other places:

I'm just going to assume it's the Undertaker.

Then I won't be disappointed, but I might have a pleasant surprise.

I love Jericho so I'm glad he's coming back.

It is bullshit that he's not in WWE '12 by the way. So many useless Legends and DLC characters...
