I thought those DS games would sell at least 250k first week.Older DS games compensate for that though, Tamagotchi selling another 47k is impressive. But what happened to PS2? It´s not even holiday yet and Nintendo takes 15 of the top 20 spots!

It's December in Japan that means all hardware (except XBox) will see a boost in sales, so the rise in PSP shouldn't be a surprise.

Haha, well I may be being a little optomistic about XB 360, but I'm giving it a chance. I reckon 150k and a bit for launch, with a pretty rapid drop off....

The holidays are finally here in full swing, now. Last week, we saw but a glimpse.
Chart updated again.
Both the DS and PSP saw a healthy seasonal upswing in sales and things will only get better from hereon. PSP should sell over 100k next week, while the DS should cross 200k.
This is the best sales the PSP has seen in 48 weeks and only the 5th time it's sold more than 75k in a week. Sony should still be proud.
The DS is a behemoth right now. Mario Kart and Mushiking are right around the corner as far as sales charting are concerned. It's going to be a wild ride, for sure.
