OK, so Nintendo DS preorders officially began as of 10am this morning here in Japan. I preordered my stuff this morning along with DCharlie, JonnyRam and JackFrost2012. Who else has preorders in for hardware and/or games here in Japan?

Here's what I paid for in full so far:

- Hardware x 2 (Bic Camera)
- Sawaru Made in Wario (Bic Camera)
- Kimi no Tame nara Shineru (Bic Camera)

I also reserved Chokkan Hitofude at Tsutaya but I'm not sure yet if I'll actually pick it up at launch or not. Gonna be pretty broke by the time Dec. 2 rolls around...

Anyone else preorder stuff today? Let's get a list going and see what games are the most popular so far.

I'll be back in the states for the North American DS launch, so I've got it reserved at Gamestop.

Any word on PSP pre-order campaigns in Japan? (Or a better question: Do I really want a first-generation Sony product?)

so would you japan GAFers expect long lines and a difficult time finding software at launch? i'm thinking of stopping by tokyo for launch day on my way back to the u.s. and was hoping i could just wander around akihabara and pick up made in wario and band bros.
