The Judge in UK trial had a huge conflict of interest, Judge son worked with writer of the Sun article. Judge was also doing the appeals. After trial the Judge retired.
Edit: There was also issues with Johnny Depps lawyers being from same firm that has Elon Musk as a client. Supposedly they held back some evidence, what that evidence I don’t know.
