Unfortunately for people suffering from BPD, infidelity is a very common problem. He might not even understand it that way, just think she always liked the D before she met him. Liked to party, drop some E (which she admitted to doing shitloads herself) and then just can't control getting into "situations" with "friends". Common scenario and fuel to this fire. One way or another, I don't find it unbelievable he might have been instigating a lot of shit based on his perception while being constantly extra coke-paranoid and drunk. Triggering her to get back at him with vengeance.Amber was in fact sleeping around, though, so "false absolute certainty of infidelity" doesn't fit.
