Hurd team already called witnesses to the counter suit, her agent, the tech guy and they tried with Johnny's former layer Adam Waldman deposition video.
When Hurd team rest, pretty sure Depp team will try to ague and have the counter sue struck. If denied proceedings continue until Jury decide on Johnny's case. Johnny wins, no point in counter suit. If Hurd wins Jury will decide on counter suit but she can still lose the counter suit.

Still a possibility to be called as rebuttal witness. Here's hoping she comes. But Whitney was so bad, they may not need her. Lots of strategy to be played out because Hurd team has only 8hr 14mins left compared to Johnny Team of 18hr 30min left.
