Apparently there is a video going around where Dr. Spiegel is asking Elaine in court whether he can lie about certain things on the stand. Not sure about the authenticity of it, but if it turns out to be true...

It may be uncomfortable to watch Dennison work, because of what or may not be actual stutter, but without him letting the psychiatrist ramble and get angry, the psychiatrist would've kept some credibility.
I think Dennison knew exactly what he was doing. These people aren't stupid.
That said, Dennison does miss - or decides to miss - some obvioud follow-up questions. But instead of being a mistake, that too may be a decision to let the jury imagine the answer. If you do the follow-up and it turns out bad or inconsequential for Johnny, it is probably worse than what the jury imagined it would be.

Just want to say that I hope you feel better. I been through something similar and I have the same thoughts on narcissists. If she wins she will still lose. The whole world knows how she really is. I have never been more proud of how Depp is handling this trail compared to Heard.

She tries to adapt her story depending on what the witness are telling or write stuff she knows about the witness so her lawyers can use it to undermine anyone.
It is also a good technique to not think about the bad stuff they are talking about her… anyone remembers when she stormed out of the courtroom after her cross examination by Camille ended? Her true personality was nearly showing off!
