There was likely an agreement that they wouldn't talk about editing colors of the photographs to add or enhance the appearance of bruising. The fun part is that the lawyer for AH stepped in it and "opened the door" to a rough explanation of some of the many things the witness wasn't allowed to talk about, even if he wasn't allowed to explain them.

Have you been watching the trial, or just reading news reports about it? Because I'd gladly "both sides" this as well, if there was anywhere near the level of evidence showing Depp to be an abuser as there is that shows Heard to be the abuser. There's an ton of evidence that conflicts with nearly every example she's given, including witnesses, video recordings, audio recordings, body cam footage, pictures, etc.
I'd write Depp off as an abuser if Heard had even half as much evidence against him. She does not.
[edit] For an example of what I'm talking about, I believe AH testified in court that the reason she had two versions of this particular photograph is because they were taken before and after turning on a light that was in the room. For that to be true, she would have had to turn on the light and go back to exact same position in the room afterwards, with not even a single strand of hair moving out of place, or a millimeter of difference in the angle of the picture or anything else. It's the exact same picture. There is no way she's telling the truth here.

This expert just reminds the jury that there are multiple versions of the same photos and some or all have been edited. Great defence.
Please bring up the two identical photos on x-exam, which Amber claims are two distinctly different photos taken at different times of day. I'd love to hear him try to explain that they are not the same photo.

Amber Heard doesn't behave like an abused victim. Or at least in my non-expert perception of what an abused victim is. Her facial expressions, body language, how she has no problem looking at Johnny, the crying without tears, all of it. We've heard the tapes of her admitting to hitting him, saying nobody would believe him because he's a man, her snickering after taping him in that one video sent to TMZ, lying about donating money to charity, not to mention the very obvious photoshop jobs of her faking bruises. She just seems like an awful person.
Is Johnny innocent? No probably not. He's had a drug/alcohol problem for a long time, and getting involved with a toxic person like Amber was the worst thing someone like him could've done. But my personal judgement in all of this is that she is clearly and by a pretty good margin, the worst of the two, and probably brought out some of the worst aspects in him. In short Johnny has done bad things, and so has Amber. But I think there's a difference between someone who's made poor choices in life, and someone who's genuinely a bad person.
