So is she going to issue a press release every time Depp breathes? I can't believe years after the divorce and even after being found guilty in a court of law she's still harassing him.

I doubt it will ever become deformation again they would have to prove Depp has lost out, which is unlikely to happen a second time as no one believes her anymore.

He could probably get her done for harassment though.

I think she'll shut up as soon as johnny let's her off paying and has her sign a document that states she cannot mention him or any of her lies again.

I’d go further, essentially forgive her the $10M for a public statement of guilt, or no dice.

Easiest $10M she’ll ever make outside of onlyfans.

Hoeg Law is doing a great job criticizing some of these articles that barely seem to be written with any knowledge of what actually happened in this trial, but I wanted to highlight an interview with a liberal journalist who really did do her research before writing about the trial, and wow does it ever show. The timestamp goes into a portion of her article where she really does a great job explaining the case against Amber Heard.

The consensus in the UK is that the UK proceedings were a pile of wank, and that it’s borderline impossible to win vs a Newspaper (or a shit rag like the sun).

The US trial was fair and open, and justice was delivered.

As Camille explained the other day the case wasn't against Turd in the UK so she could keep all her 'Evidence' that proved she was a lying bitch out of the court. As she was the defendant in the US Johnny's team could demand it from her.

Probably why at least 1 of her phones was allegedly broken. (Got this from a youtube clickbait title so might not be true)

I do hope Johnny appeals the UK case and as the UK seems to take perjury more seriously than America, that Turd gets fined or jail time.

To win a defamation case you have to either prove that someone knowingly lied, or that they were incredibly reckless with the truth. The reckless part has an incredibly high burden of proof, which mostly leaves you with knowingly. So the difference between the two cases? The Sun couldn't have possibly known if Johnny did or did not abuse Amber Heard, but Amber Heard sure knew if Depp ever abused her.

It makes it even more disingenuous and slimy that Heard's lawyer appeared on national television to blame the judge and the jury in the case she just lost, acting like something is wrong with the US legal system while the UK got it right. It wasn't just a matter of what evidence did or did not get in. And of course, none of the journalists knew enough to call her out on it, or they all decided to play stupid. I'm not sure which of those possibilities would be "better."

There aren't many people in the world who honestly deserve social media hate, Putin and Kim Jong-un among some others. So I honestly have to agree with her on principle.

But.

She did start a social media campaign against Johnny and didn't try to put it down. So maybe she almost deserves it?

If she would have just moved on after the divorce without trying to spin the narrative then both of them could have been doing just fine. He never would have went public with her abuse if she didn't try to destroy him. She is the architect of her own demise.

That's just it, the dv and sv allegations were part of her divorce as she had already had it entered into the records with her tro.

There's a recording of this at the time that she made that basically says she made it all up as her lawyer told her she'd get evicted if she didn't blame johnny for anything.

The clip has been doing the rounds again on youtube, don't know if it was part of the case, apartently it's the same recording where she said no one will believe he's a domestic abuse victim. So the first part probably wasn't admitted. If it was she would've won nothing as it proves she did make it all up and conspired with her then friends who were going to lose their free ride.
