She's an actress, and a woman, stereotypically, women (especially attractive or famous ones) are super self conscious about weight, so the joke is Depp implying she has similar form to a grown man, and her reaction upon hearing it heightens the humor.

Yea American NY'er. I guess that one just went over my head, I thought he was making a Dick/Clit joke to be honest, but wasn't sure.
 
Oh Elaine, that's so bad and unprofessional. She's speaking like rapid fire now and not even waiting for the witness (Dr. Curry) to say yes/no to her "correct" questions. Elaine is looking so bad it's embarrassing.

What a session today has been. Dr. Muffin, Kate Moss shutting up "rumors", Johnny Depp gave a heartfelt speech at the end there.

Ambers expression game bas changed, it's like she isn't trying to come across as a victim anymore. First sign of acceptance of defeat I suppose.

TMZ stuff was interesting as well, looking forward to the ex employee.

Never in my life I thought a trial could be this interesting and entertaining. Should have studied law I guess.

Since this is a suit about defamation and not about the actual abuse, it was said that JD's team knows they were most likely to lose since defamation is very hard to prove in court. Hence why they fought to make this trial public so the public can see the facts and decide who was the actual abuser in this relationship and help JD win the public opinion.

I caught her giving "a look" to Elaine when she wasn't looking. I'm sure someone will clip it later. It was hard to miss.
 
I think JD wanted everybody know what was really going on.
His Lawyers are good, so they would probably knew that its going to be hard to win this.
So they focused on the outside world to see her/him on the right light.
