Episode 12
Goddamn, Santana is more broken than Dio. I wonder if Dio would win a fight against him.
Wouldn't Dio just get absorbed by just trying to touch Santana?

Pretty much, yeah. You could say that Santana would be something like Dio's natural predator.
I dunno, Dio is far more pragmatic and intelligent than the average Vampire, he'd probably outsmart Santana...you know, upset him by kissing his Pillar Girlfriend and burning his Pillar Dog.

Outside of a few really broken Stands, I'd say the pillar men are the most powerful enemies in the franchise. Dio doesn't really stand a chance against any of them.
Well, I wouldnt say NO chance, but Id be getting into spoilers. Still, its hard to argue they arent the brokenest antagonists.
Was that 'Owner of a Lonely Heart' at the end of episode 12? Are they gonna raid more of Yes's catalogue? I ope so.

I'm sure it's because neither of them had a full outfit that fit him well enough and no other reason.
Was reading back. Few months back this one scene hooked me on reading and watching Jojo. I have not been disappointed since.
Episode 12
Also, did they cut a scene from the manga with Joseph in the desert?
I think the opposite actually, we have the most animation so far at this episode, they even bother animate breaking tea cup that stroheim throw lol, its a good sign we have more motion by each episode.Newest episode was pretty badass. The animation quality wasn't as good as in ep 11
There's few page with Joseph bullying some thug at his travel.Yes, but that was cut from last episode.
Manga Page
It seems they are cutting some of the purely comical parts that have no relevance story-wise. In Episode 11 they cut a scene were Jojo is confronted by a thug while he and Smokey are running from Straits. Not a great loss, IMO.
Yep that was the one I was thinking of. Don't remember the compass part though![]()
Christmas fucking ruined.
Then you still got something to look forward to, especially in the case there will be no greenlit for the next season.
Nooooo don't say that.
Bloody amazing episode. I never knew anything could be this fabulous.
I hope I'm wrong tho.
Isn't the show pretty popular? And it's super cheap to produce, so I doubt there's much chance of the most popular part of Jojo not getting adapted.
I love part 3 but it's part 4 that I really really want to see, so many crazy stuff.

Well, unless I'm mistaken it's in the top 20 for anime in Amazon JP right now, so I think we can safely say that it at least has some popularity.
Agreed, mostly because I really want to see the best Jojo villan animated.
Part 1 Dio would die in 10 seconds flat. Part 3 Dio wouldn't be able to do much either, considering the only thing that can kill a pillar man is direct exposure to sunlight and a really strong ripple. How do you kill someone you can't touch and is immune to weapons?
Lol, I think it's the worst one. Cool stand tho.
Part 3 Dio could just use Za Warudo to stop time and throw the pillar man into orbit/the sunrise.
