It was notable that unlike other wrestler/manager combinations, Lesnar was not listed with Paul Heyman. Heyman’s contract with WWE has expired and at this point the sides haven’t come to an agreement for a renewal, so he was never mentioned as coming to Raw with Lesnar.

ospreay not singed with evolve yet

While there are reports of Will Ospreay’s signing with Evolve and it would keep him away from working for ROH, those who have spoken with Ospreay said on 7/20 that he had not signed with Evolve and he was still in communication with ROH as late as that date as far as working there for potential dates. Both Evolve and ROH have attempted to get Ospreay to work in the U.S. in between New Japan tours. Ospreay is under contract to New Japan until April 2018

Some notes from Heyman’s talk show on 7/13 in Manchester. He said that he had an opportunity to go to WWE in 1992 when his WCW contract was expiring. He was to come in as the protégé of Bobby Heenan, the Executive Vice President of the Heenan Family, and then would steal the Heenan Family and turn it into the Heyman Family, to turn Heenan babyface, which would lead to Heenan retiring as a manager.

Pretty cool to see Big Damo all but signed with WWE now. I like him a lot and he'll fit in great at NXT. He's on the testing phase now.

Regarding NXT, there will be another round of call-ups in the fall. As far as Bayley goes, there is a possibility she will be the mystery partner of Sasha Banks in the tag team match against Charlotte & Dana Brooke, even though Banks specifically said that it wouldn’t be her. If not, she is expected in around September.
