They like the fact Zacks videos get more internet exposure for WWE. They dont like that he digs at them so they let him continue to get WWE exposure and just punish him behind the scenes.

It might take a day or two after the show for it to be posted, but once you buy it, you can watch it whenever.
 
WWE Night of Champions is going to be in my town in September, and tickets go on sale next Saturday, however I know all the good tickets will go on probably Wednesday in a presale, but have never managed to nab the password (or have forgotten) when that happens. Is there a non-spam site that actually posts these things without trying to hook me into signing up for a ton of garbage? I really don't want to miss out on 1st Row.

We should either support Ring of Honor or simply stop watching wrestling period. Plenty of other hobbies out there.

Granted - Brian and Vinnie are in the wrong business. But they still talk about the business because of legacy issues with Meltzer.

I dont think ring of honor can do anything at this point because the wrong money men are in the business. ICP at this point should have bought ROH, Dragons Gate, Chikara and PWG and already have a TV deal with spike but because of what ever you might believe it hasnt happend. ROH being with the most right of TV stations in the nation is more poltical ploy than anything else. Any smart business man would known this fact - these guys have the talent - but their leaders have no TV sense or marketing sense. The men in the pro game are done and even VINCE knows this.

I have said it again and again - until there is a Major Female US Promotion or the ICP buys up the four indies - wrestling cannot move out of Vince's mindgames or Dixie's "loyalty"

I was there. Man, that was a great show. Angle really had the crowd believing Cena was going to pull off the upset with his late pinfall kick-outs.

Great main event that night too with Jericho vs. Hogan. Edge made his return from the shoulder injury and attacked Jericho, then Edge & Hogan posed in the ring to close the show. Had to be a huge moment for Edge being a Hogan fan growing up and this was when he was just getting some main event exposure.
 
As an Observer subscriber since the early 90s, I get the feeling Meltzer desperately wishes he doesn't have to cover pro wrestling anymore.

I've felt that way for a while too. Not necessarily that he doesn't want to cover wrestling anymore, just that he loves UFC & MMA much, much more now.
 
In reference to the ribbing

If TNA wasn't rubbish Vince wouldn't have the leg room to pull this kind of shit but alas no competition means Vince (thinks) he is untouchable.

Lulzsec need to hack WWE.com next, just to rib Vince for his passionate hate for all things internet

It's been obvious. Shit, listening to his radio show he used to do for free 10 years ago, he used to go on and on about mma fighting. Now with the surge in popularity of UFC and MMA he just spends more and more time talking about it. Wrestling backstage news is still his bread and butter, but his passion has been with mma for years.

Who DOES want to cover this stuff anymore? There's like 1 or 2 shows every YEAR that makes everyone think mainstream wrestling's on the upswing again, then the next week we're right back to garbage.

so since the all stars thread is kind of dead any wrasslin gaffers have wwe all stars?

just got my copy on 360 and was wondering if the cody/dusty rhodes pack is worth it
$2 for 2 chars seems like a good deal

I have it for PS3. I like it, but it always crashes on me so I don't play it as much as I would like.

That does sound like a good deal though.

Cody Rhodes is, oddly enough, one of the best characters in the game, and Dusty is pretty fun to play with as well.

I'd say it's worth the $2.

sounds good i'll prolly pick em up since its cheap enough even though i usually wait for sales on any xblm content

now to wait for free heel truth and hopefully u can buy the dlc 2 chars separately since all i want is y2j and possibly the legion of doom

That's the one in Buffalo right? I'm thinking of going to that one. I usually just google it the night before or in the morning before the presale begins. There are a ton of websites that post the passwords.
 
The Batista interview is pretty damn good -- he seems like a humble dude. I'm shocked to hear he was fearful of losing his job the whole time he was in the WWE. Crazy!
