Awesome opening night for the Super Juniors tournament. Check out Omega/Taichi, Fujita/Kanemoto, Sasuke/TAKA, Taguchi/Ibushi and, of course, Davey Richards/Prince Devitt, which is fantastic.

He's a midcarder with an actual story to him. He should be happy with that. Even if the story is as bad as "managers can't stand this guy for more than 1 week."

"Me and Chris (Jericho) would bury ourselves in the writer's room.....just continue to add and we didn’t have any direction and I guess that my point, and I guess we just sort of said it ourselves and went from there. The process was phenomenal, thought the angle was phenomenal and truthfully we were the reason the PG thing came down and I bled like a stuck pig, there where people wanted to sponsor something and they saw me bleed like a stuck pig, they left and there was no more of that stuff."

His reconciliation with Bret Hart:
"It was very genuine. He and I, we had been texting each other. I can’t give you a time frame. Some time before that you know me and Tyson Kidd were talking...Holy Cow! This whole thing needs to end. And he and I had been texting, but not getting in to any detail, but we were testing the waters, like 'Hey, we can do this, it’s been a long time and it sucks and its time to end to end it.' Calling it, Eddie/Davey's going to be an easy match of the year contender. I really like where the Corino/Jacobs/Steen stuff is going too, seems like Jimmy's getting frustrated that Corino wants to bring Steen back so badly because of all the trouble it's bound to cause. Guessing we're going to get a Jacobs/Steen feud soon enough, with Corino turning on one or the other.

It was a dance off to kill time. As funny as it is seeing Cole make an ass out of himself out there, it's a shame they couldn't use that time to have a match with McIntyre out there.
 
The only thing that bugged me about the Omega vs Taichi match is that
you could see the ending spot coming a mile away. When Taichi undid the waist snaps of his pants so Kenny could pull them off.

Other than that, fantastic match. And I fucking LOVE Kenny's entrance theme.
 
The dragon screw reversal on that high kick was great as well.

That's what I'm loving so much about Puro, lots of creative counters.
Of course this doesn't happen in every single match but it happens quite often.

And like you said, I love the back and forth forearms and kicks.
Have seen this happen on a couple of classic matches from the 90's as well and it adds so much intensity to the match.
Especially when the person doesn't just go down from the first strike like you'd see all the time in WWE or TNA, but instead gets angry and demands some more, or strikes back until one of them can't take it anymore.

Most of the guys these days look much smaller than they did late 90s / early 2000s... and I just mean the guys in general. Mason Ryan is huge but he still looks like he could've gotten there realistically/naturally. The only guys who are freakishly big IMO are Big Zeke and Jinder Mahal, who I'm sorry has too many fucking veins everywhere. It just looks wrong.
 
I'm hoping CM Punk ends up renewing his contract, and winning the belt. It would be nice if the money in the bank PPV ended with Punk and (Smackdown spoilers for the #1 contender)

I managed to watch RAW on youtube....as I no longer want to give them ratings....

I hate to say this, but kelly kelly is no longer my waifu.....

Natalya is my new waifu ......

Oh and not gonna lie, Vicki has been getting hotter and hotter, definitely worthy of the title "cougar" that dance off goddamn!!! <3

Anyways.....decent show am still sad about the whole punk thing but hopefully he makes a good career choice.
