just moved to a new flat, i have not yet recieved all of the furnitures but they are on the way, some of my lamps are stuck in italy, there is some problem with the transportation, or at least thats what the guy told me!

the flat has 3 bedrooms
2 toilets
1 jacuzzi
a HUGE balcony where i will have alot of BBQ´s with loads of chicks"pimp style"

these pics are from when i moved in, now i have much more furnitures and paintings in it, i will try to take new pics of it

for those who cares, enjoy these pics and tell me what you think if it, i have not taken photos of all of the rooms.

Balcony: there are new chairs and sunbeds there now. i got them after these pics where taken.

hallway"its empty but there will be chairs and a desk and some plants in here and paintings on the wall as soon as i get my stuff from italy.

thanks i love it, my new landlord is awsome, like yesterday he came and he saw that 2 lamps had been broken and he was like: hey rob when stuff breaks let me know and i fix it.

price range, well its not cheap but its not expensive either..depends on how you see it.

i pay 1,750 Euro a month for this flat "thats 2,271 USD"

if i was to live in a flat like this in stockholm i guess i would have a rent on 30,000 sek"3,000 euros" a month or more.

oh and the girl well she came for free

Looks great! The only thing I would change is the wall color white is just so plain, pale blue would look good with your cream sofa (all in IMO of course but then you will need a new clock).

the area when you walk in to the building you have a elevator that is built outside on the wall, its made out of glas so when you go up in it to my apartment you can look out over the courtyard. its really nice.

the woman and man who lives under me are married, the guy works as a diplomat for the goverment or something, he is like a big deal, but they are really nice, the woman came up to my apt with a nice bottle of red wine yesterday and welcomed me to the place.

i was thinking of inviting her in but i was like just out of the shower and i only had a towel around me.

Nice place, but if you're a roller I'd buy some of the more timeless modernist relics. A Mies daybed and a pair of barcelona chairs with ottomans, maybe Breuer Wasilly chairs instead, or even an Eames...

(I've got two of these coming my way as of graduation, this is a bauhaus design extruded into three dimensions, very uncomfortable but totally beautiful)

(My roomate has this chair, but he's moving out with it )

when you start out in a relationship its always great in the beginning its after acouple of months down the road that you will start to see things diffrently. so far its going great with my new GF and we are having a great time, the only problem we are facing now is that she probably have to move back to Sweden one day..but hopefully we can do something about that.

my old GF was also great in the beginning, but after a while it got a bit stormy the relationship...well i leave it to that, some of the old gafers here have hear this story about me and my ex before so no point going in to that again.

That white sheet on top of the couch is gross. Get rid of that. If it's hiding stains or something, get new covers. Try to hide your cables around the entertainment centre. I would also suggest a glass coffee table.

Get rid of those kitchen chairs and get something more barstool-ish.

Also that bed is no good! Get something bigger!

well i guess you did not read, these pics are from when i moved in, the covers where on the sofa when i came, now they are not there anymore.

i have ALOT more furnitures in my place now, and much more is on the way.
i have chairs,table and sunbeds on the balcony now.

I kinda said it tounge in cheek (jokingly). Right now I'm living in a tiny studio apt in NYC, last week I was freezing my butt of in 0 degree weather, and I slipped in a patch of ice landed hard on my thigh it's still bruised and hurts. I need a vacation :lol
