Was it confirmed that his father was with him and helped block the road for the drag race? It popped on Twitter but I haven't seen something reliable.
TMZ posted this:
Justin Bieber's father helped facilitate the insanely stupid moves of his son that landed him in jail ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... 38-year-old Jeremy Bieber was not only present when Justin was arrested early Thursday morning ... he was one of the people who helped block off the residential street so his son could drag race.

It's even worse ... Jeremy was in SET nightclub just before the arrest with Justin and was around him all day, when the self-confessed little pothead was smoking weed.

As we reported ... Justin admitted that he was under the influence of Rx drugs, alcohol and weed at the time of his arrest ... and Justin's dad was right there in the mix.
A mess.

Because while this might be acceptable on NeoGaf:

it's actually pretty fucking horrible.
Well you enjoy being offended at jokes about alternate realities that aren't going to happen while the rest of us enjoy living in reality and have the ability to understand context.

I assure you we will be having a much better time.

Nothing like having legions of enablers.

The worst part of this picture is the dad driving them there to support an under age drinking, DUI receiving, and prescription drug taking twat that I would hope he would never let date his daughter. Then again, I'm a dad so I'm looking at this situation through that lens.

It's like Bieber is becoming the next Lindsey Lohan. It's about time law enforcement teachs Bieber that being 19 doesn't automatically make you mature, it just makes you legally responsible for your actions. Congratulations on the DUI.

Ah, I forgot that the drinking age is a ridiculous 21 in the US.

LOL.

I'm not defending his actions, but if his own fucking parents are influencing him to do stupid, illegal shit, I feel sorry for him.

He does not/did not have the proper parental guidance to deal with fame and obscene amounts of money.

Underage drinking is the norm, still probably not the type of lifestyle you want to endorse as a parent. That's aside from the resisting arrest and pain meds he was on, which I think are more troubling.

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I sometimes wonder if stuff like this is a well-choreographed transition to go from bubble-gum pop star to a more adult pop artist. Sorta like the way Miley Cyrus started licking everything and twerking to move from bubble-gum pop star to a more adult pop artist.

At all the Twitter posts by 12 year old girls asking what DUI is.

Also is it a newsflash to people that Justin Bieber and his family are complete white trash? The father and mother live off their sons success. They aren't even the slightest bit educated people. The dad helped shut off the road in Miami so that Justin could drag race. In addition, he was with his own son in a strip club while he dropped $75,000.....I mean they are morons. Expect more crazy shit.

Justin Bieber -- My Mom Gives Me Drugs

Lmao, this gets messier by the second.

This could be nothing though.

In between the sensationalism, all that report is saying is that at some unspecified point prior to his arrest, his mother gave him a prescription medication to take.

If he has been prescribed something, and his mother was just giving him what the doc ordered, that hardly seems like some crazy thing on her part.

He may well have taken his pills as given by his mom in the morning, then gone out later in the day with Daddy drinking and smoking and driving.

Now if she was around when he was drinking and smoking, that's another thing. If he has no prescription for that medication, that's also another thing entirely. But the report gives us nothing on those fronts.
